MARYWOOD CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES

For 86 years, Marywood Children and Family Services has adapted and expanded its services to respond to the needs of young women and children. Our vision is to ensure that every child has a loving family and a brighter future. Marywood's mission is to provide programs that protect and support children and families, and we are committed to building nurturing families for a lifetime.

We continue to carry out our mission for children by:

		connecting pregnant and parenting women with resources
		sheltering young, homeless mothers and their children
		creating permanency through adoption
		providing protection through foster homes

Marywood's programs are nationally accredited through the Council on Accreditation, a national organization that brings best practices to social service agencies.

Marywood is a member in good standing of the North American Council on Adoptable Children and the Texas Association of Family and Children Services, a partner in the Adoption Coalition of Texas, and licensed by the State of Texas.
